We have found that we can get better results than one on one training for our clients by designing classes that are challenging, always different, engage your entire body (muscles, your heart etc.), and save you $100's of dollars every month.

Step 1: Call US or Email Us
We will set you up with one of our trainers for a challenge orientation. We will explain the challenge rules, nutrition plan, and set 6 week goals.
Step 2: Challenge Orientation
Go through an initial goals assessment. Assessments have 3 key components: 1. To measure where your body is at today. We can not know what is working for you, if we don't measure it. 2. We need to know why you work out.. is it to fit in a different dress/pant size, to be able to get out of the easy chair, etc, 3. We need to know if you have any limitations, e.g. you where in an accident and have a bad back.
Step 3: Attend a class 3x per week
If we commit to training you for 6 weeks, we expect you to commit to coming in 3x a week. Seems like a fair trade, right?
Step 4: Challenge Completion
This 6 week assessment will let you know how much you have changed. Sure, you can look in the mirror and see how a dress fits or a new pair of pants feels, but this doesn't tell us how your body composition has changed. For any lasting change in physical appearance, a change in your muscle composition and body fat is very important. Without that you will likely revert back to your old body. We will provide you before and after pictures to help you see your success.
